These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and y555 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the y555 website located at y555.im and all services provided through it. By registering an account at y555, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every section of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the platform.
These Terms are written in plain English because we believe that a terms document full of legal jargon that nobody actually reads serves no one. We have aimed to explain what each rule means in practice for a player in Pakistan. Where we use specific defined terms we have capitalised them — for example, "Account", "Bonus Funds" and "Real Money Balance" — and their meaning is the same throughout this document.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing y555 in any way — including by browsing the site, registering an account, logging in, placing any wager or claiming any promotion — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full. Acceptance is not limited to the registration process; each session you use the platform is a fresh confirmation that you remain bound by the Terms as they exist at that point in time.
y555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on file — typically by email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of y555 after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In plain terms: Using y555 means you agree to these rules. If we change them, we tell you — and continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the changes.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use y555 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. y555 is strictly an adult platform and we take underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance refunded to the verified payment method.
- You must be registering as an individual person, not on behalf of a company, trust or any other entity.
- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
- You must hold only one account at y555. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately. Intentionally maintaining duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses is a prohibited activity and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
- Your account must be for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to access or use your account, and you may not use another person's account.
y555 performs identity verification checks ("KYC — Know Your Customer") at various points including before processing your first withdrawal. KYC may require you to submit a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method you are using. Accounts that fail KYC or do not complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.
3 Account Security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your y555 account login credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms, not sharing your password with anyone and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
y555 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive communication that appears to be from y555 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@y555.im immediately.
Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you notify y555 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery. y555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.
Important: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact y555 support immediately via live chat. We can temporarily lock your account while an investigation takes place.
4 Deposits & Payments
y555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All payment methods available on the platform — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard — process transactions in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps and no foreign exchange fees applied by y555 at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.
The minimum deposit at y555 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by y555, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits — Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts, for example, have daily and monthly wallet limits set by their respective operators that are outside y555's control.
- Deposits are credited to your y555 balance in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions under normal conditions.
- IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your balance during regular banking hours.
- You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. y555 does not accept third-party deposits.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your y555 account — contact support before initiating any deposit if you have questions.
- y555 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the sender.
y555 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from y555 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have not yet made a deposit — in which case you must complete at least one deposit before a withdrawal can be initiated. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and to satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount at y555 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following target timeframes under normal conditions:
- Easypaisa & JazzCash: Typically within 2 hours for standard accounts; within 60 minutes for Gold VIP and above.
- NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically within 3 hours.
- IBFT Bank Transfer: Within one business day.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, y555 will request completion of KYC verification. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without re-verification unless your account details or payment method changes.
y555 does not deduct withdrawal fees from your balance. Any fees applied by the receiving payment method provider are outside y555's control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Withdrawals may only be made from your Real Money Balance — unused Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
y555 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Eid or the Pakistan Super League. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the individual promotion page at y555.im/promotions. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable Real Money. The standard wagering requirement at y555 is 15× the bonus amount for deposit match bonuses and 15× the winnings for free spin bonuses, unless the specific promotion states a different figure. Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise stated.
Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino games, crash games and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate — the specific contribution percentage is displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
Bonus Abuse. y555 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings generated from them if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk opposing bets across a game to artificially complete wagering, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers rather than use them as intended.
Tip for players: Before claiming any y555 bonus, read the specific wagering requirement and game contribution rates on the promotions page. A bonus with a lower wagering requirement on a game you already enjoy is almost always better value than a larger bonus with restrictions that do not fit your playing style.
7 Gameplay Rules
All game outcomes at y555 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, and by physical randomness for live casino titles where a real dealer operates cards, roulette wheels or dice in real time. y555 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot access the RNG of games provided by licensed third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming and others.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including a disconnection during an active round, a game crash, a display error or any other technical issue that interrupts normal game play — y555's standard policy is as follows:
- If a round is in progress and the result has not yet been determined when the technical fault occurs, the round is considered void and your stake is returned to your balance.
- If the result has already been determined by the RNG at the point of the technical fault, that result stands.
- y555 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game title and are displayed in the game interface before each round. y555 reserves the right to apply additional bet limits to individual accounts if unusual betting patterns that indicate potential exploitation or system abuse are detected.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on y555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, regardless of the payment method or device used for each.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to access, play or interact with y555 without human input.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors — any winnings resulting from a known or suspected error must be reported to y555 immediately and are not valid until confirmed.
- Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer formats.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits — y555 fully cooperates with financial crime investigation authorities.
- Attempting to charge back a deposit through your payment provider while the funds remain in your y555 account.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing y555 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Registering or using the platform if you are a current employee, contractor or close family member of a y555 employee.
9 VIP Club
The y555 VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity over rolling time periods. Bonus funds wagering does not count toward VIP tier progression.
VIP benefits including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, dedicated account manager access and bespoke promotional offers are provided at y555's discretion and may be adjusted at any time. y555 reserves the right to remove a player from a VIP tier or revoke VIP benefits if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms. VIP status is not transferable between accounts and confers no financial rights beyond the specific benefits described on the VIP Club page.
10 Responsible Gaming
y555 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to every registered player directly from their account settings, without needing to contact support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with reminders at intervals you choose.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose across a session, day, week or month.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account is accessible but promotional communications are suspended.

All content on the y555 platform — including but not limited to the y555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of y555 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any y555 content without express written permission.
The game titles and software available on y555 are licensed from third-party providers and their intellectual property remains with those providers. Your use of the platform grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the y555 website and its games for personal entertainment purposes only.
12 Limitation of Liability
y555 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform at all times. While we work hard to maintain high uptime and fast performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible or free from technical faults.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y555's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — including claims related to lost bets during a technical fault, inability to access the platform and errors in game displays — is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y555 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
13 Privacy & Data

- Payment transaction data is processed through the relevant payment provider's secure infrastructure and is not stored on y555 servers.

14 Amendments to Terms
y555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing clauses, formatting updates or addition of new sections that expand rather than restrict player rights — may be made without advance notice. All amendments are reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If you disagree with an amendment, you should stop using y555 before the amended Terms take effect and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15 Governing Terms & Contact
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and y555 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements on the same subject.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full. The failure of y555 to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
